Our global hydrology and water resources model PCR-GLOBWB supports new Aqueduct Water Risk Atlas

The new Water Risk Atlas by the World Resources Institute has been launched. It is now based a consistent set of maps that are based on simulations with our gloval hydrology and water resources model PCR-GLOBWB 2. Press coverage was extensive, based on the message that a quarter of the world's population is exposed to water stress. See the article on teh front page of the New York Times.
